GTA 6 – Release Date, All Confirmed Information 2026

Grand Theft Auto VI is one of the most anticipated games in industry history. After years of speculation and leaks, Rockstar Games has officially confirmed key information about the upcoming title.

The release date has been set for November 19, 2026. The game will launch on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S consoles. A PC version has not yet been officially confirmed, but given Rockstar's publishing history, we can expect it in 2027-2028.

The game takes place in the fictional state of Leonida, Florida's counterpart. The main city is Vice City – a return to the iconic 2002 location, this time fully recreated on a next-gen engine with an incredible level of detail.

Players will take on the roles of two characters – Jason and Lucia – a pair of criminals inspired by the Bonnie and Clyde legend. This marks the first time in the series' history that one of the protagonists is a woman.
