1. General

GTA6 Hype Hub (the "Site"), available at gta6news.info, is an unofficial fan website dedicated to Grand Theft Auto VI. The Site is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. We are not affiliated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or any other official entity.

2. Definitions

  • Operator – the team running the Site, contact: gta6hypehub@gmail.com.
  • User – any person using the Site.
  • Content – articles, news, theories, graphics and other materials published on the Site.
  • Affiliate links – links to external stores through which the Operator may earn a commission.

3. Conditions of Use

Use of the Site is free of charge and does not require registration. Users undertake to use the Site lawfully and in good faith, in particular not to take actions that disrupt its operation.

4. Content and Copyright

Content on the Site is based on publicly available information and relies on the right of quotation and fair use. Trademarks, logos and graphics related to Grand Theft Auto VI belong to their rightful owners – Rockstar Games and Take-Two Interactive – and are used solely for informational purposes. All original content of the Operator is protected by copyright; copying requires the Operator's consent.

5. Affiliate Links and Partner Programs

The Site contains affiliate links to external stores, including Amazon, Allegro, Best Buy (Impact), RTV Euro AGD and others. Each such link is disclosed and clicking it does not involve any extra cost to the User. The Operator may receive a commission on purchases made via these links. Prices displayed on the Site are indicative – please verify them on the destination store before purchasing.

6. Newsletter

Newsletter sign-up is voluntary and requires providing an email address and giving consent. Users may withdraw consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email or by writing to gta6hypehub@gmail.com.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

The Operator makes reasonable efforts to keep published information accurate and up to date but does not guarantee its completeness or accuracy. The Operator is not liable for: the availability and content of third-party websites, transactions concluded at partner stores, or any damages arising from use of the Site.

8. Complaints and Contact

Complaints, feedback and notices of legal or copyright infringement (notice & takedown) should be sent to: gta6hypehub@gmail.com. We respond within 14 days at the latest.

9. Changes to the Terms

The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms. Material changes will be announced via a notice on the Site. The current version is always available at /terms.

10. Governing Law

Matters not regulated by these Terms are governed by Polish law and applicable EU regulations (including the GDPR and the Digital Services Act).
