New leaks reveal details about GTA 6's dynamic weather system. The game is expected to offer a full weather cycle, including hurricanes, tropical storms, and floods that affect gameplay.

During hurricanes, Vice City streets will flood with water, and trees and objects can be torn away by the wind. NPCs will react to weather – closing shops and seeking shelter during storms.
